ACPOPC members views sought on new national uniform

The NHS in England are going to introduce a new, national uniform, the design of which is yet to be finalised. The national uniform is for the following clinical roles only – Allied Health Professionals, Healthcare Assistants, Nurses and Midwives.
The reasons for standardising uniform are to: Reduce the significant costs associated with multiple uniform providers and styles Improve patient and visitor safety by enabling people to easily recognise who is who Enhance professional appearance Consider equality, diversity and inclusion in design Consider sustainability in how uniform is produced and supplied The CSP understand that nurses will be differentiated by wearing a different colour uniform, but there are ongoing discussions regarding AHP uniforms. The CSP need as much information as possible about member views on uniform in order to represent you properly in these discussions. If you are a physiotherapist currently working in England, in the NHS, please fill in the following short survey which should only take 5 minutes of your time: Please feel free to forward this link and share with colleagues, the survey will be open until the end of August.
