Following the recent NHS pay deal ACPOPC are seeking the views of members working outside of the NHS on their current pay arrangements
The acceptance of the NHS pay deal by the health unions represents a significant step for NHS staff towards recognition of the outstanding work during tough economic times in recent years. However, ACPOPC are concerned about the impact this may have on our many physiotherapist members that work in organisations outside the NHS, particularly independent hospices.
We are working with the CSP to look at how this will affect members, however we need to fully understand the situation for our members working outside the NHS in order to progress this work. We are therefore asking you to complete the survey (found at the link above) to give us some information about current pay and benefits that those outside the NHS are receiving.
Please only complete the survey if you are:
- a physiotherapist
- working in oncology or palliative care
- working outside the NHS
The survey can be found via the link below and should only take 5-10 minutes at the most to complete. It is really important for us to have information from as many members as possible to ensure we are able to provide rich information to the CSP to work with. Please share with any other physiotherapy colleagues for whom this is relevant. Thank you very much for participating.
