URGENT - New General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) - action required by ACPOPC members

In order to continue to receive communications from ACPOPC all members must give their consent for ACPOPC to hold their data. If you haven't already responded to this request we need you to do so ASAP

All ACPOPC members should have received an email about GDPR. Thank you to everyone who has responded so far.

We currently hold your name and e-mail address as a named member of ACPOPC. 

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) specify that where data is used with the agreement of a data subject we must have your explicit consent to use the information and tell you clearly what we use it for.

With regard to ACPOPC administration, we store and use your details, with your consent, in order to maintain our membership database and to email you any relevant information related to ACPOPC e.g. e-newsletter. We do not share this information with any external third parties. We will continue to hold this data unless you ask us to remove it or if you do not renew your membership.

We need you to confirm that you are still a member and that we may use your details to maintain our database and send you information via email.

If we do not hear from you by Friday 22nd June we will remove your details from our database.
